Promoting Positive Behaviour

Marton Out of School Group is very much part of our school and as such we expect the same high levels of behaviour in extended care that we would expect in class.

In line with school policy, a positive approach to discipline underpins behaviour management. Staff will create a positive environment and will strive to get to know the children well so that positive relationships can be nurtured. Children will be encouraged to show cooperation, kindness and a caring attitude towards each other and towards staff. They will be encouraged to look after the facilities, resources and environment.

Parents / carers will be kept fully informed should any issues arise.

For further information please refer to the Behaviour Policy on the School Policies Page. Alternatively, parents / carers may request a paper copy from the School Office.
