Building the Fire Pit

We’ve had an exciting week with the guys from Lancashire Wildlife Trust on site installing an amazing fire pit and seating circle. Not only will this teach the children new skills about building a fire and fire safety, it’s done in a way that protects our planet. It will be a great environment for learning, storytelling and children will be also able to experience cooking in the great outdoors. Oh, and shelter from our wonderful British weather!
